AgCarolina Financial, with headquarters in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Financial Services Officer with at least 3-5 years of experience to join their team of agricultural financing experts in serving the financial needs of farmers and rural residents of eastern North Carolina. Responsibilities will include selling loans and related services to farmers, rural residents, and agribusinesses, analyzing and processing credit applications, and conducting public relations and other related activities. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field. AgCarolina Financial has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Appraiser. Responsible for completion of all types of farm and rural property appraisals. Applicants must be a North Carolina State Certified Appraiser. Position is located in Eastern North Carolina. Position requires the ability to complete appraisals, research, analyze and develop property values and studies. Education requirements include a Bachelors Degree in agriculture, business or a related field. Three to five years of appraisal experience is desirable. The successful candidate will be computer literate, a self-starter, possess excellent planning and organizational skills, able to interact with other appraisers, surveyors, and tax assessors, and function independently under minimal supervision.
