About Our Hiring Process
- What is the typical interview process like?
The interview process usually begins with a phone interview. This interview allows for both parties to better get to know one another. After the phone interview, applicants will be asked to meet for an in-person interview if selected.
- How soon can I expect a call back after interviewing/applying?
After applying, it usually takes a few weeks to review all the applications, if selected, you can expect a call to set up a phone interview in about 2 - 3 weeks. The next step after a phone interview would be an in-person interview with the hiring manager and an HR representative. This usually takes place 5 - 10 business days after the phone interview.
- Does AgCarolina have a remote work option?
Yes. AgCarolina offers a remote work option (part-time or full-time depending on position) to eligible positions. Typically, these positions are non-customer facing and the employee has been with the Association for at least one year, in overall good performance standing, and is able to successfully accomplish all functions of the job while teleworking.
- What is the work environment like?

- Is there a limit to the number of jobs I can apply for?
There is no limit to the number of jobs applicants can apply for. AgCarolina encourages applicants to continue to apply to all positions that is of interest to them.
- What does the typical day as an AgCarolina employee look like?
AgCarolina offers many different job opportunities from a diversity of departments. Due to the variety of positions, employee day-to-days are unique. A loan officers' day may include farm visits, attorney closing, and office work while a credit analyst may only come into the office a few days a week, and work remote the others.
