As a lending cooperative, AgCarolina Farm Credit is owned by its member-stockholders (eligible customers who have loans with us). These member-stockholders participate in electing our Board of Directors and Nominating Committee. The Board of Directors establish our policies and make important decisions about our organization. The Nominating Committee is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and nominating suitable candidates for each open Stockholder-Elected Director and nominating committee position. An annual stockholders' meeting is held each year, followed by the voting process conducted by mail ballot.
