Eric Snodgrass
Atmospheric Scientist & Weather Risk Expert
Eric Snodgrass is a Senior Science Fellow and Atmospheric Scientist at Nutrien Ag Solutions, where he develops predictive software to manage weather risk in global agriculture. He delivers frequent updates on how high-impact weather affects productivity and uses machine learning to improve field-level yield analysis and long-range forecasting. A sought-after speaker, he presents at more than 100 conferences each year, advising farmers, traders, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Snodgrass received the 2023 Distinguished Service to America’s High Technology Agriculture Educator Award from the Mid America Croplife Association. He co-founded Global Weather and Climate Logistic and Agrible, both acquired by Nutrien in 2018. Previously, he spent over a decade at the University of Illinois, teaching more than 20,000 students and earning multiple teaching excellence awards.

Dr. Dave Kohl
Agricultural Finance & Strategy Leader
David Kohl earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and is Professor Emeritus at Virginia Tech. A globally recognized expert in agricultural finance and entrepreneurship, he has traveled over 10 million miles, delivering more than 7,000 seminars and 600 webinars to bankers, producers, and agribusiness leaders. He has authored five books and over 2,500 articles on business and financial topics.
Kohl has received numerous honors, including 11 major teaching awards and the American Agricultural Economics Association’s Outstanding Teaching Award twice—one of only five to achieve this distinction. He also earned the Governor’s Award for distinguished service to Virginia agriculture.
Currently, he is President of AgriVisions, LLC, providing consulting worldwide, and co-owns Homestead Creamery. He remains an influential voice in agricultural finance education and industry innovation.

Tommy Grisafi

Tommy Grisafi is a Risk Advisor and Commodity Broker with Ag Bull Trading, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a seat holder on the Chicago Board of Trade. He is an independent trader at the CME, with deep expertise in agricultural commodities, market structure, and risk management.
Tommy is the owner of Ag Bull Media and the host of the Ag Bull Podcast, where he shares practical insights and conversations with industry leaders on navigating today’s markets. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, where he enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not analyzing market trends.
